Massage also works on unlocking and gently toning your collagen and elastin fibres that lock together as we age resulting in those bothersome lines. Touch has an immediate effect on our emotions calming and soothing our nervous system which in turn balances our bodily functions. We use ancient practices along with our good clean skincare to encourage lymphatic drainage and blood circulation to increase the elimination of toxins and the supply of vital nutrients to the cells, so the skin can heal, repair, nourish, strengthen and rebuild itself beautifully and naturally. Crystals work on the energetic planes while wood helps reconnect you with our Mother Earth. Our facials all include beautiful Reiki to calm and realign your energy centres and release any blockages in your energy flow. We only use products that are formulated free from parabens and other endocrine disrupters, helping you reduce your toxic load. This is one of our fundamental pillars for glowing healthy and natural skin. All our tools are charged under the full moon and infused with Reiki to ensure your skin, body and soul can be de stressed and happy. A peaceful mind is deeply connected with skin health so we cleanse all our spaces with sage and palo santo, we use soft lighting and fill the space with Reiki and vagus nerve calming sounds to envelop you in peace and tranquility.
