Service Description

Enter the candle lit Flower Power Healing Room which has been infused with Reiki energy. Lie fully clothed on the soft warm bed. You will be covered by a cosy blanket. I will lay my hands and crystals on different points of your body while the energy transfer takes place. During your alignment you may feel waves of subtle energy moving through your body or you may feel heat or even coolness from my hands. You may see colours or have visions or you may see or feel nothing. It’s important to remember Reiki works on all levels so even though there might not be a physical sensation the energy could be working on a deep emotional or spiritual level. Whatever the experience you will be left with a deep sense of relaxation and overall wellbeing and peace. It’s not unusual for my lovely clients to fall asleep or go into a deep meditative state during their session. Snoring is always welcomed because when the body is in a relaxed state, it is better able to work on repairing itself. Your realignment will take an hour, I may get you to turn over part way through or I may have you remain of your back for the whole treatment. As the treatment comes to an end you will hear the soft tinkle of the celestial bells and it will be time to slowly return to consciousness. 
 When you are ready we will meet back in the consult area and I we will go over any experiences you may of had over a cup of relaxing herbal tea.
